Unsafe Location for solo travelers, fraudulent Positive: I want a full refund. I wasn't even able to look at amenities before being harassed for having someone with me. This is a very sketchy and unsafe location. I had been planning on doing laundry that day. I was ushered in and asked to take off my shoes , by a man stating this is his house. That is a huge red flag . Negative: This is an unsafe booking. I wasn't able to even view what all was listed as available, including laundry facilities. The man made it feel like an intrusion for coming into his home. I do not recommend for any solo female travelers. Find a safer place to stay. Where you get what your money pays for .

Nice people, great location! Positive: Great people greeting you. Nice room. Very clean. Wonderful location and a good value. Negative: Room was very hot, too warm to sleep. Nowhere in the description does it tell you there's a shared bathroom with multiple other people. We were NOT prepared for that.

LOVE THIS PLACE TOO Positive: Kirt AND Stacie are wonderful ! They let me use whatever I needed ! Negative: The TV at the foot of the bed is to Low to watch when going to bed !

Very comfortable, very conveniently located and in a very quiet neighborhood.Would highly recommend Positive: Super easy to find and close to the freeway. Clean, comfy bed, very helpful hosts Negative: Nothing
